At Urban Choice, we take great pride in the quality of our home decor products and customer satisfaction. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and hassle-free return and replacement process.

1. Return Policy – 3 Days

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
•You notify us within 3 days of receiving the item
•The item is unused and in its original packaging with tags intact

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product with Label. Note:

•Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to misuse, installation errors, or normal wear and tear.
•Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Replacement Policy – 7 Days

We offer replacements within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

• You received the wrong product
• The product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect
• Parts/accessories are missing Replacement Conditions: • Request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product • The item must be in its original packaging
• Replacements are subject to product availability

3. Refund Process

•If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
•In case of COD orders, we will request your bank details for NEFT transfer. • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Pick-Up & Self-Shipping

•In most cases, our courier partner will arrange a free pick-up.
•If your pin code is non-serviceable, we may request you to ship the item to our warehouse address.

5. Important Notes

• Ensure to record a video while unboxing, especially for fragile products, to support claims for damage.
• Urban Choice reserves the right to approve or reject return/replacement requests based on inspection and product condition.
