Returns & Replacements — Urban Choice

The quality of our products at Urban Choice means everything to us. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we provide a clear and hassle-free return and replacement process.

1. Return Policy — 3 Days

We accept returns only within 3 days from the date of delivery for items that are Damaged, Defective or Incorrect.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
Item must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.
Items damaged by improper use, incorrect installation, or wear and tear are not returnable.
Custom or special orders are non-returnable unless defective.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product showing the label.

2. Replacement Policy — 7 Days

Replacements are provided within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Parts or accessories are missing.

Replacement conditions:

Request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Replacements are subject to product availability.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank details for an NEFT transfer.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Pick-Up & Self-Shipping

Normally our courier partner will arrange a free pick-up. If your PIN code is non-serviceable, we may ask you to ship the item to our warehouse address.

5. Important Notes

Record a video while unboxing to support damage claims, especially for fragile products.
Urban Choice reserves the right to approve or reject a return/replacement request after inspection of the product condition.
